Below is a rough pricing guide, which helps to provide an idea of the build cost. Prices are a representation of the final price to the customer, including labour and materials. Patios can be quoted on a price per square metre. For Bathroom and Veranda installations, a site visit will be required before we can provide a more accurate quote. Pricing examples are provided below.

Full Bathroom Renovation
Have this bathroom supplied and fitted, including Porcelanosa wall and floor tiles as shown, for £7500.
This is based on a room size of 1.9mtrs x 1.7mtrs x 2.4mtrs (height).
Installation includes a bath or shower, vanity sink, toilet and radiator, labour and installation costs, and a skip for waste disposal. The £7500 represents the total final cost to the customer.

Tiles are supplied by high-end, highest of quality tile manufacturers Porcelanosa.
Wall tiles can be gloss or matt finish, the floor tiles are matt with a textured finish.

Standard builds cost from around £140 per square metre, the above prices represent this figure.
This includes labour costs and materials, and represents a final total cost to the customer.
Differing slab and tile types, patterns, and materials can also impact prices. Porcelain slabs cost from £160 per square metre, for example.
Depending on the job, prices can vary. Such factors include the type of paving slab, slab sizes and patterns, terrain, manholes cover and drains, etc.
